...Good morning, and welcome to the 2024 Annual General Meeting of Cochlear Limited. I'm Alison Deans, Chair of Cochlear, and it's my pleasure to welcome all shareholders to today's meeting. We have shareholders attending in person here at Cochlear's Global headquarters in Sydney, and shareholders attending online. I'd like to formally declare the meeting open. And on behalf of Cochlear, I acknowledge the Wallumattagal peoples of the Dharug nation, who are the custodians of this land. I'd like to pay respect to elders, both past and present, and to leaders is emerging. I'd also like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the various lands in which we meet virtually. Today, I'm joined on stage by my fellow directors.
