I'm Alison Deans, and it's my pleasure to welcome all shareholders to today's meeting, including those attending in person here at Cochlear's Global headquarters in Sydney, and also those attending online. Thank you to Bernie Cohen for sharing his experience as a Cochlear recipient. You may have also noticed that Bernie featured on the cover of our annual report this year. I'm advised by the company secretary that we have a quorum of members present, and accordingly, I now declare the meeting open. On behalf of the Board, I'd like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet physically today, the Wallumattagal peoples of the Darug nation. I'd like to pay respect to all elders both past and present and to leaders emerging. I'd also like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the various lands in which we meet virtually today and acknowledge today's aboriginal communities...
