Naturally, we would much rather be holding a physical meeting, but this has not been possible again this year. We fervently hope that with the gradual lifting of COVID-19 restrictions, this will be the last time that we have to hold such a virtual meeting. Our company secretary has advised me that there is a quorum for the meeting, and I propose to take the Notice of Meeting as read. Let me start by introducing your Board. I will then take you through the process for asking questions and for voting. And after that, I will present my address before handing over to our Chief Executive Officer, Graham Chipchase.
