...Good morning, everyone, and welcome to our second session for 2025 on ANZ Plus. Today's session is designed to build on the 101 session we did on March 4, and to form another step in helping you understand what we already have with Plus, what's driving that, and a little more on where we go from here. ANZ releases its first-half '25 financial results on May 8, as you all know. And so for today's session, we're working with financial data that references back to the FY24 results for that reason. There's three speakers today, Maile Carnegie, our Group Executive of Australian Retail; Mo Kahlil, our GM, ANZ Plus and Digital, who spoke on March 4; and Christine Linden, who's our General Manager, Customer Migration. They'll speak for about 40 minutes, and then we'll move to questions and, following that, there's some tea and coffee and a chance for you to mingle with the team.
