CENTENNIAL (S&P Global Ratings) May 27, 2021--S&P Global Ratings revised its outlook to stable from negative and affirmed its 'AA-' rating on West Contra Costa Unified School District, Calif.'s general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the district's anticipated: $8.7 million 2021 series A GO refunding bonds; $138.8 million 2021 series B GO refunding bonds (federally taxable); $7.5 million 2021 series A, 2020 election, GO bonds; and $67.5 million 2021 series B, 2020 election, GO bonds. "The outlook revision to stable from negative reflects our view of the district's anticipated return to balanced operations," said S&P Global Ratings credit analyst Alyssa Farrell. "The stable outlook further reflects our belief
