OVERVIEW We have reviewed Eurohome UK 2007-1 as part of our surveillance review cycle by performing our credit and cash flow analysis, and by applying our U.K. RMBS criteria and our current counterparty criteria. Following our review, we have raised our ratings on the class A, M2, and B1 notes. At the same time, we have affirmed our ratings on the class M1 and B2 notes. Eurohome UK Mortgages 2007-1 is the first transaction to securitize U.K. residential mortgages by Deutsche Bank's U.K. mortgage origination arm, DB mortgages.
