We have reviewed Eurohome UK Mortgages 2007-1 and Eurohome UK Mortgages 2007-2 following the implementation of our revised counterparty criteria and our criteria for rating U.K. RMBS transactions. Following our review, we have taken various rating actions in both transactions.
