...S&P Global Ratings assigned its '##+' long-term rating to Utah County, Utah's $56 million series 2016A fixed-rate bonds and $185 million series 2016B fixed-rate bonds issued for IHC Health Services, the obligated group of Intermountain Health Care (Intermountain). At the same time we affirmed our '##+' long-term ratings and our '##+/A-1+' and '##+/A-1' dual ratings on various issuers' revenue bonds, issued for Intermountain. The outlook on all ratings is stable. The short-term ratings reflect our view of various standby bond purchase agreements or, in the case of the series 2003A-D and 2014B-C bonds, Intermountain's self-liquidity. S&P Global Ratings monitors liquidity monthly to ensure it remains adequate to support these obligations, if needed.
