...S&P Global Ratings affirmed its '##+' long-term rating on bonds issued by various authorities for IHC Health Services Inc., the obligated group of Intermountain Health Care Inc. (Intermountain). At the same time we affirmed our '##+' long-term ratings and our '##+/A-1+' and '##+/A-1' dual ratings on various issuers' revenue bonds, issued for Intermountain. The outlook is stable. The short-term ratings reflect our view of various standby bond purchase agreements or, in the case of the series 2003A-D bonds, Intermountain's self-liquidity. S&P Global Ratings monitors liquidity monthly to ensure it remains adequate to support the self-liquidity obligations, if needed. The rating reflects our opinion of the strengths provided by Intermountain's integrated delivery system, which consists of a large health plan, employed physician group, and extensive range of hospitals and ambulatory facilities, which are responsible for providing about half of all health care in Utah.
