...NEW YORK (Standard & Poor's) Jan. 7, 2016--Standard & Poor's Ratings Services assigned its '##' long-term rating to University of Kentucky's (UK) $109.26 million series 2016A (tax-exempt) general receipts bonds and $48.85 million 2016B (taxable) general receipts bonds. In addition, Standard & Poor's affirmed its '##' long-term rating and underlying rating on UK's various existing general receipts bonds that are currently outstanding totaling approximately $744.56 million. The outlook is stable on all rated issues. As of UK's fiscal year end, June 30, 2015, its outstanding long-term debt, inclusive of capitalized leases and notes, totaled $930.4 million, and we believe post issuance of the series 2016 issues its pro forma debt will total about $1.09 billion.
