Abstract:

On Oct. 23, 2020, we affirmed our unsolicited 'BBB/A-2' long- and short-term sovereign credit ratings on Italy, and revised the outlook on the ratings to stable from negative. Following this rating action and the application of our criteria, we have affirmed our 'AA-' ratings on UniCredit SpA's mortgage covered bonds. We have also revised the outlook on the ratings to stable from negative. Our outlook on the ratings reflects the stable outlook on our unsolicited long-term rating on Italy. MILAN (S&P Global Ratings) Oct. 29, 2020--S&P Global Ratings today revised to stable from negative its outlook on the credit ratings on UniCredit SpA's mortgage covered bond program and related issuances ("obbligazioni bancarie garantite").
