Two Ratings Raised And Two Ratings Affirmed On Four FFELP Student Loan ABS Transactions

We reviewed our ratings on four ABS transactions backed by FFELP student loans. We raised our ratings on the Rhode Island Student Loan Authority's series 2012-2 and Alaska Student Loan Corp.'s series 2013A notes. At the same time, we affirmed our ratings on the Indiana Secondary Market for Education Loans Inc.'s series 2014 and Kentucky Higher Education Student Loan Corp.'s series 2015-1 notes. The rating actions reflect our view of the transactions' increased credit enhancement levels, collateral profiles, available liquidity, and full turbo payment structures, as well as our opinion that each transaction has sufficient liquidity to cover interest payments to the notes over the next several months despite the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
