OVERVIEW Rhode Island Student Loan Authority's senior series 2019-1 issuance is an ABS transaction backed by a pool of refinanced and in-school fixed-rate student loans originated under Rhode Island Student Loan Authority's student loan programs. We assigned our 'AA (sf)' ratings to 11 senior series 2019-1 bonds.
