Abstract:

SAN FRANCISCO (Standard&Poor's) Aug. 2, 2002 – Standard&Poor's Ratings Services, in an effort to clear up confusion caused by a data error in its systems, today noted that the rating on Tucson Electric's bank loan remains at double-'B'. It had been incorrectly disseminated as triple-'B'-minus on July 30. That error was corrected today.
