The 'AAA' long-term rating on the city of Woodbury, Minn.'s general obligation (GO) capital improvement plan bonds series 2009A and GO tax increment refunding bonds series 2009B reflects, in Standard&Poor's Rating Services' opinion, the city's: Participation in the deep and diverse Minneapolis and St. Paul (Twin Cities) metropolitan area economy, Very strong income and extremely strong wealth levels, Solid financial operations with very strong reserve levels, and Moderate overall debt burden as a percent of market value.
