We also affirmed our 'A+' rating on Wisconsin Center District's appropriation bonds (Milwaukee Arena project). + Finally, we affirmed our 'A-1+' short-term ratings on the state's GO commercial paper (CP) and extended municipal CP programs, as well as the short-term self-liquidity component of our dual rating on Wisconsin's variable-rate demand obligation (VRDO) notes outstanding (##+/A-1+), which will no longer be outstanding following the issuance of the 2024 series B bonds.
