Standard&Poor's Ratings Services removed its 'AAA/A-1+' rating on Wachovia MERLOTS (Arizona Transportation Board), Ariz.'s series 2008D184 floater certificates (Certificates) from CreditWatch with negative implications. The rating was incorrectly placed on CreditWatch with negative implications on Dec. 11, 2008, because of an error with the cusips for the underlying bonds. The underlying bonds (cusips 040654QY4 and 040654RA5) are rated 'AAA' with a stable outlook. The short-term component of the rating is based on the liquidity facility provided by Wachovia Bank N.A. with an expiration date of May 28, 2009.
