Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA/A-1' rating to Ribco Trust's floating rate trust receipts (Floater-TRs), series 2008 FR-K34W. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bonds, Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority's revenue bonds, Yale University issue, series Z-1. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by Citibank N.A. expiring June 15, 2012.
