Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-/A-1+' rating to Connecticut Health and Educational Facilities Authority's (Eastern College Health Network) variable-rate demand revenue bonds series E, based on a letter of credit (LOC) provided by T.D. Bank N.A. (AA-/A-1+). The LOC is sized at 48 days' interest calculated at the maximum rate of 12% on the bonds. The interest component on the LOC reinstates on the 10th calendar day after a draw, unless prior to close on the 10th day, the trustee receives a notice from the bank stating that they will not reinstate.
