Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA-/A-1+' and 'AA-' ratings on RBC Capital Markets municipal floater certificates and residual certificates, respectively, issued under RBC Municipal Products Inc. Trust Series C-5, relating to Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority University of Pittsburgh Medical Center revenue bonds subseries 2007 B-2. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' rating on the RBC trust receipts, relating to the underlying bonds of Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority University of Pittsburgh Medical Center revenue bonds subseries 2007 B-2. The ratings have been affirmed due to a review of the amendment memorandum and amendment to the series trust agreement and other relevant documents, from which we conclude that the amendment will not result in a reduction
