S&P Global Ratings' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the Allegheny County Hospital Development Authority , Pa.'s series 2018A revenue bonds, issued for the Allegheny Health Network (AHN) Obligated Group, is 'A'. The outlook is stable. We base our 'A' rating on the application of our group rating methodology, including our view of Highmark Health's group credit profile and AHN's core status to the group's financial strength and issuer credit ratings. Both Highmark Inc. and AHN are considered core to the group, and therefore the ratings are aligned.
