Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA' long-term rating to Port Washington-Saukville School District, Wis.'s general obligation (GO) school improvement bonds to be issued in 2015. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA' long-term rating on the district's existing GO debt. The outlook is stable. The rating reflects our view of the district's: Participation in the diverse Milwaukee metropolitan area economy; Good income and very strong market value per capita indicators; Very strong general fund reserves paired with good financial management practices; and Moderate net debt as a percent of market value.
