Standard&Poor's Ratings Services has assigned its 'AAA' rating to Plano, Texas' series 2015 municipal drainage utility system revenue refunding bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's has affirmed its 'AAA' rating on the city's outstanding municipal drainage utility system revenue bonds. The outlook is stable, with limited downside risk at this time. The rating is based on our opinion of the city system's general creditworthiness.
