Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA' rating on North Texas Municipal Water District's (NTMWD) contract revenue bonds water transmission facilities project. The outlook is stable. The rating is based on our opinion of the general creditworthiness of the waterworks and sanitary sewer system of the contractual participant, the city of Plano, Texas.
