Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on Philadelphia Authority for Industrial Development, Pa.'s special facility (Marketplace Redwood LP Project at Philadelphia International Airport) series 2001A and 2001B bonds due to the bank facility being extended to Nov. 17, 2008. The long-term component of the rating is based on Ambac Assurance Corp. The short-term component of the rating is based on Landesbank Baden-Wuerttenberg. The stable outlook is based on the outlook of the bond insurer.
