Standard&Poor's Ratings Services lowered its rating on Philadelphia Authority For Industrial Development (Marketplace Redwood LP project at Philadelphia International Airport), Pa.'s special facility series 2001A and 2001B to 'A/A-1' from 'AA/A-1'. This action follows Standard&Poor's downgrade of Ambac Assurance Corp. to 'A' from 'AA' on Nov. 19, 2008. The long-term component of the rating is based on Ambac Assurance Corp. The short-term component of the rating is based on Landesbank Baden-Wuerttenberg.
