Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'BBB+' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on Palo Verde Community College District Facility Corp., Calif.'s certificates of participation (COPs) issued for Palo Verde Community College District. In addition, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'A-' long-term rating and SPUR on Palo Verde Community College District School Facilities Improvement District (SFID) No. 2004-1's general obligation (GO) bonds.
