Abstract:

S&P Global Ratings affirmed the short-term component of its 'AA+/A-1' dual rating, with a stable outlook, on New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's (NYCMWFA) fiscal 2007 series CC-1 and CC-2 water and sewer system second-resolution general resolution revenue bonds. The short-term rating component reflects our assessment of a new liquidity facility in the form of a standby bond purchase agreement (SBPA) provided by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. (SMBC) for subseries CC-1 and an SBPA for subseries CC-2 provided by Bank of Montreal (BOM). Both new SBPAs substitute for a prior SBPA from The Bank of Nova Scotia, effective Oct. 1, 2016. The long-term component of the rating will continue to reflect our rating on NYCMWFA's revenue debt. The short-term
