S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'AA+' long-term rating and various short-term ratings to the New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's (NYCMWFA or New York Water) fiscal 2017 series BB, subseries BB-1A/1B, BB-2&BB-3 water and sewer system general resolution revenue bonds (adjustable rate bonds). The long-term components of the ratings and the outlooks on the subseries reflect the long-term rating on New York Water.
