S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-1+' short-term rating to Nashville&Davidson County Metropolitan Government, Tenn.'s series 2022A water-and-sewer revenue CP notes. The rating reflects the support TD Bank N.A. provides in the form of an irrevocable direct-pay LOC. The LOC fully supports all CP note payment obligations. The issuer is authorized to issue up to an aggregate principal amount of $200 million of series 2022A CP notes. The aggregate principal-and-interest amount of CP notes cannot exceed the LOC's stated amount, and the amounts due on each notes' maturity date are to be fully funded with amounts available under the LOC.
