Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' rating to Nashville&Davidson County Metropolitan Government Sports Authority, Tenn.'s series 2014A taxable public improvement revenue refunding bonds, issued for Nashville&Davidson County Metropolitan Government (Metro). At the same time, we affirmed our 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the authority's outstanding parity revenue bonds issued for the stadium project. Finally, we affirmed our 'AA' long-term rating and SPUR on Metro's general obligation (GO) debt outstanding. The outlook is stable. The sports authority has revenue bonds issued on behalf of LP Field in Nashville, home of the National Football League's Tennessee Titans franchise (the stadium project).
