...S&P Global Ratings lowered its long-term rating to 'A+' from '##-' on the Louisiana Public Facilities Authority's series 2015A taxable hospital revenue bonds, issued for Louisiana Children's Medical Center (LCMC) obligated group. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings lowered its issuer credit rating (ICR) to 'A+' from '##-' on Children's Hospital of Louisiana, an entity of LCMC. The ICR is based on our opinion of Children's Hospital's overall capacity and willingness to meet its financial obligations and is not specific to any debt instrument. LCMC is the parent organization for Children's Hospital (in New Orleans), Touro Infirmary (Touro), the recently (October 2015) joined West Jefferson Medical Center (WJMC), and University Medical Center Management Corp (UMCMC).
