The rating on the series 2015B GO refunding bonds reflects an escrow that includes U.S. government securities, supporting the bonds through the March 1, 2016, crossover date. Following the crossover date, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program will support the bonds through maturity. The bonds are also a GO of the district, secured by the district's unlimited ad valorem GO tax pledge throughout the bonds' life, including the crossover period.
