Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership (ITS or ProjectCo) has been selected to design, build, finance, and maintain (DBFM) a mental health facility in London, Ont., and a forensics mental health facility in St. Thomas, Ont. The 'A-' ratings on its ITS' proposed C$211.6 million senior secured bonds and C$160.4 million revolving senior secured credit facility broadly reflect what Standard&Poor's Ratings Services considers to be the following strengths: A capable and experienced consortium comprising Fengate Capital Management Ltd. on behalf of the LPF, OE, and TCPP Infrastructure Funds (the Fengate Funds), and EllisDon Inc. as the equity sponsors; EllisDon Corp. (EllisDon), one of Canada's largest construction contractors and a leader in Ontario health care projects, as the design-build contractor;
