We are assigning our 'A-' preliminary issue-level rating to Integrated Team Solutions SJHC Partnership's proposed C$211.6 million senior secured bonds and C$178.0 million revolving senior secured credit facility. In part, the preliminary rating reflects our view of the capable and experienced consortium undertaking the project, the strong project rationale, and the risk profile of construction and operations. The stable outlook reflects our expectation that the construction work will be completed in accordance with project specifications, on time and on budget.
