Standard&Poor's Ratings Services confirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on Indiana Finance Authority's (Parkview Health System Obligated Group) series 2009C hospital variable-rate demand obligation bonds, due to the bank facility being extended to Aug. 26, 2015. The long-term component of the rating is based jointly (assuming low correlation) on the ratings on the obligor, Parkview Health System Obligated Group, and the letter of credit provider, PNC Bank N.A. The short-term component of the rating is based solely on the rating on PNC Bank N.A.
