Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA-' long-term rating to the Indiana Finance Authority's $117.4 million series 2013A bonds and to the St. Joseph County Hospital Authority, Ind.'s $41.2 million series 2013C bonds. The bonds are being issued on behalf of Beacon Health System. The outlook is stable. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the St. Joseph County Hospital Authority's various revenue bonds issued on behalf of Memorial Health System (MHS). Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AAA/A-1' joint criteria rating on the authority's series 2008 variable-rate demand bonds also issued for MHS. The outlook on all ratings is stable.
