Standard&Poor's Ratings Services raised its rating on Huntsville, Ala.'s water system revenue warrants one notch to 'AA+' from 'AA' based on the system service area's continued strong economic development, strong management with demonstrated rate increases and planning procedures, and improving liquidity.
