Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' enhanced program rating and 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR), and stable outlook, to Hickory County R-I School District (Skyline), Mo.'s series 2010 taxable general obligation (GO) qualified school construction bonds, taxable GO Build America Bonds, and tax-exempt GO school bonds. Standard&Poor's also affirmed its 'AA+' enhanced program rating, with a stable outlook, on the district's parity GO debt. The 'AA+' rating reflects the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program.
