Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AA+' enhanced long-term rating and 'A+' school issuer credit rating (ICR) to Hickory County R-I School District (Skyline), Mo.'s series 2013 general obligation (GO) refunding and improvement bonds. At the same time, Standard&Poor's affirmed its 'AA+' enhanced rating and 'A+' school ICR on the district's parity GO debt. The outlook on all ratings are stable. The enhanced rating reflects the district's eligibility for, and participation in, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program. The rating reflects an escrow consisting of U.S. government securities that support the bonds through the March 1, 2016 crossover date. Following the crossover date, the Missouri Direct Deposit of State Aid program will support the bonds
