S&P Global Ratings assigned its 'A-' long-term rating to Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District (MUD) No. 35, Texas' $2.97 million series 2021 unlimited-tax refunding bonds. At the same time, S&P Global Ratings affirmed its 'A-' long-term rating and underlying rating (SPUR) on the district's previously issued general obligation (GO) debt. The outlook is stable. Revenue from an unlimited-ad valorem tax on all taxable property within the district secures the bonds.
