Abstract:

The rating on Eagle Tax-Exempt Trust series 20004305 class A certificates of participation, relating to Austin, Texas (Travis and Williamson counties) public improvement bonds series 2000, has been raised to 'AAA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+'. This action follows Standard&Poor's upgrade of the underlying bonds to 'AAA' from 'AA+'. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity facility provided by Citibank N.A. until Oct. 1, 2007.
