Abstract:

The rating on Citigroup Global Markets Reset Option Certificates II-R Trust Series 4547, relating to Austin, Texas (Travis and Williamson counties) public improvement bonds series 2001 has been raised to 'AAA/A-1+' from 'AA+/A-1+'. This action follows Standard&Poor's Ratings Services upgrade of the underlying bonds to 'AAA' from 'AA+'. The long-term component of the rating is based on the underlying bonds. The short-term component of the rating is based on a liquidity guarantee provided by Citigroup Inc. until Sept. 1, 2019. The rating on Citigroup Global Markets Reset Option Longs II-R Trust Series 4547, relating to Austin, Texas (Travis and Williamson counties) public improvement bonds series 2001 has been raised to 'AAA' from 'AA+'.
