Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA' rating to the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority's series 2001AA-1, 2002B-2, 2003B-1, 2003B-2 and 2007A-1 single-family mortgage bonds. The outlook is stable. The rating action is based on the remarketing of these series and the assignment of new CUSIPs. The rating reflects our opinion of the : Substantial overcollateralization that exceeds 116% on the senior class I bonds; Very strong credit quality of the Federal Housing Administration (FHA)-insured, conventionally insured, other insured and uninsured mortgage loans backing the bonds; Sufficiency of reserves to cover potential credit and liquidity shortfalls; and High-quality investments.
