Standard&Poor's Ratings Services affirmed its 'AA+' rating on Colorado Housing&Finance Authority's (CHFA) multifamily housing insured mortgage revenue bonds. The outlook is negative. The rating reflects our view of: The strength of the Federal Housing Authority (FHA)-insured and FHA risk-share mortgage loans under the parity resolution, as evidenced by the very high equity within the bond program; The sovereign rating on the U.S.; Sufficient reserve levels to cover credit and liquidity shortfalls; High credit quality of investments; and Strong oversight of the resolution by CHFA. The subject resolution is currently backed by 25 multifamily mortgages insured under various FHA programs -- 221(d)(3), 221(d)(4), and 542(c). Investments include $388,000 invested with Bayerische Landesbank, or BLB (NR). Asset-to-liability parity
