Chinook Roads Partnership (ProjectCo) was selected to design, build, maintain, and operate the Southeast Stoney Trail in Calgary, Alta. The new infrastructure consists of 25 kilometers of a six-lane divided freeway, plus additional basic and auxiliary lanes, and includes nine interchanges, three flyovers, and additional pregrading for future interchanges. ProjectCo did not achieve construction completion as scheduled. The project still has some remaining landscaping work and deficiencies to complete to comply with Alberta Transportation (AT) construction completion requirement. Management has indicated that Chinook Infrastructure (CI) is working on the deficiencies and is scheduled to finish by June 2016. The estimated cost to complete is about C$450,000. Although CI's letter of credit of about C$9 million was not renewed, Standard&
