Standard&Poor's Ratings Services confirmed its 'AAA/A-1' rating on California Health Facilities Financing Authority's series 2005H variable-rate demand hospital revenue bonds, issued for Dignity Health, due to the bank facility being extended to Oct. 15, 2018. The long-term component of the rating is based jointly (assuming low correlation) on the ratings on the obligor, Dignity Health, and the letter of credit provider, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp. The short-term component of the rating is based solely on the short-term rating on Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp.
