NEW YORK (S&P Global Ratings) Aug. 3, 2017--S&P Global Ratings lowered its long-term rating components on FMSbonds Inc.'s tender-option bond trust series 2016-XF0451 puttable floating-rate receipts (floaters) and inverse-floating-rate receipts (residuals), related to California Health Facilities Financing Authority's (Lucile Salter Packard Children's Hospital) series 2016B revenue bonds, to 'A+/A-1' and 'A+', respectively, from 'AA-/A-1' and 'AA-'.
