Standard&Poor's Ratings Services assigned its 'AAA/A-1' and 'AAA' ratings to Barclays Capital Inc.'s floating rate trust receipts (Floater-TRs) and residual interest trust receipts (RI-TRs), respectively, series 2012-9W, relating to New York State Environmental Facilities Corp.'s state clean water and drinking water revolving funds revenue bonds (New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority Projects - second resolution bonds) series 2012D. The long-term component of the rating on the Floater-TRs and RI-TRs is based on the rating on the underlying bonds (AAA). The short-term component of the rating on the Floater-TRs is based on the rating on Barclays Bank PLC until July 1, 2013.
