Standard&Poor's Ratings Services rates Barclays Capital Inc.'s series 2013-3WX floating-rate trust receipts (Floater-TRs) and residual interest trust receipts (RI-TRs) relating to New York City Municipal Water Finance Authority's fiscal 2013 series CC water and sewer system second general resolution revenue bonds 'AA+/A-1' and 'AA+', respectively. The long-term component of the rating reflects our rating on the underlying bonds (AA+). The short-term component of the rating on the RI-TRs reflects Barclays Bank PLC until March 1, 2014.
